The P'tit train de la Haute Somme is run by volunteers who spend a part of their leisure time to maintain the railway. Those railway enthusiasts help to preserve a part of our industrial heritage.

You can join them ! Every one can help !

Activities practised on our railway are numerous : carpentry, mechanics, painting, steel-work, track works...

And also...

Guard, ticket collector, fireman, diesel or steam locomotive driver...

There is surely a job for you and maybe you will reveal some hidden talents ! There are so many things to do, so much work unknown to passengers but essential for running the railway.

Come and make one of your childhood dreams come true by driving a real steam train !
We are always pleased to welcome new members, to show them how a tourist railway works and that being volunteers on a public tourist railway doesn't mean that we are not professionals.

We meet each Saturday and Sunday during the tourist season on the site of the P'tit train de la Haute Somme, to work, divert and meet friends.
